GasNet, the owner and operator of the distribution network and the GasNet Služby service company are owned by the parent company, Czech Grid Holding.
Czech Grid Holding owns a consortium of investors managed by Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets, including British Columbia Investment Management Corporation and Allianz Capital Partners.
